Our house rules, booking terms and the commitments we make to every guest.

Full Hotel Policy

  • Visitors are allowed in the lobby but not in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
  • Pets are welcome on the property but are not permitted inside the restaurant.
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted in common areas.
  • Sancara is strictly non-smoking throughout.
  • A valid government photo ID is required for every adult at check-in.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • All rates are quoted exclusive of 5% GST.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival on direct bookings.
  • A one-night fee applies for late cancellation or no-show.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Privacy Policy (DPDP Act 2023)

  • Guest data is collected and processed in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Identity documents collected at check-in are used solely to meet statutory requirements.
  • Contact details are used to service your booking and are not sold to third parties.
