Please note: Sancara does not have an elevator. Rooms on upper floors are reached by stairs. If you or someone in your group has mobility needs, or is travelling with heavy luggage, mention it when you book and we will reserve a ground-floor room, subject to availability. Our team is always happy to help with bags.
